Stones formation is a process that depends on foods you are eating, but it may also depend on thousands of other factors, some of which are a part of your life, other may have nothing to do with you and your life, but are still important factors for other people, so I just have to mention them here:

- stress
- anger and all the other emotions that are causing it
- fear
- lack of love
- sedentary lifestyle
- fasting
- repairable or irreparable liver damage
- poor diet

All of those factors can contribute to bile stagnation, bile hardening and bile crystallization that lead to stones formation. Stones are formed from small cholesterol crystals, crystals that merge into a larger stones...


- repairable or irreparable liver damage may have been caused by exposure to vaccines, medications, toxins, poor diet, ... well this list is endless ... it could even be physicall damage ...

- fasting promotes bile stagnation and is a cofactor in stones formation, especially for people who are predisposed to stones formation

- low fat diet promotes bile stagnation and is a cofactor in stones formation

Common examples of low fat diets are:
- macrobiotic diet
- vegetarian diet
- raw food diets
- other low fat diets advertised everywhere

While those diets doesn't have to be low on fats, in reality many followers of those diets are on a very low fat diet


- not enough water in diet promotes bile stagnation
- diet poor on minerals promotes bile stagnation, make sure salt you consume is unrefined



Avoid all industrially processed foods,
especially avoid:

- margarine
- hydrogenated oils
- hardened fats
- refined oils
- heated oils
- deep-fried foods
- foods containing preservatives


Also, avoid eating:
- Amalgam fillings
- tooth crowns
- root fillings


Also avoid consuming:
- vaccines
- Antibiotics
- pain killers
- all other medications, most medications contribute to liver damage


Including more fat in diet, more good fat (non-heated fat) can be an important step in preventing Gallstones formation.

Examples of good sources of non-heated fats are:

- Virgine Olive Oil
- other herbal virgine oils like oils from nuts, seeds, coconut
- fish oils
- raw milk and raw milk products like sour cream, yoghurt, cottage cheese, kefir, ...
- raw egs
- raw fish (smoke-dried salt preserved fatty fish)


With raw foods come always need for organic food sources and regular parasite cleansing, cause raw food is the easiest way to contract parasites ....
