Re: Dissapointing Liver Flush.

First of all Jowanna, don't get so uptight about the "rules" for the flush such as being worried about being 10 minutes late for the one drink. They are guidelines only and serve to give you an idea of what to drink when.
If possible you might want to do an enema or a colonic. Sometines that helps me if I feel I have something "stuck". Also, if you feel pressure or pain a dose, a tablespoon of ES in water is enough to dilate the duct and get the stone moving and out.
Are you on any bowel regime? You should at least be on a psyllium product to keep your bowels moving well and it is so very important the day of the flush. P&B shakes are even better.
You spoke of having diarrrhea the night of the flush. That is mainly to clean out your intestines and for you to be able to see the stones pass in the morning I believe. It also is to prevent nausea when you ingest the oil in that it helps to have your intestines as emptoy as possible.
It helps to do a couple of Liver Flushes in a row, try to plan 3 or 4 over a couple of months. If you get out few stones in a row consider yourself one of the lucky ones and just do maintence flushes once or twice a year.
