I am just at the tail end of my 2nd flush. My first was over a year ago and I passed about 40 large-isg soft green stones and about the same amount of smaller pea-sized ones and lots of chaff. This time I have only passed about 3 teaspoons maximum of chaff. For the last 4 hours or so I seem to be passing the epsom and water solution, (this happened last time also.)
I few things were different this time, I zapped daily and did a parasite cleanse for over a week (1) but not 1 dead parasite did appear. (2) without thinking I ate two pieces of toast with butter as part of my breakfast. (3) By the time I had to take the first lot of Epsom Salts I was STARVING, (4) I didn't eat, but I did take half a teaspoon of Sugar after the Epsom Salts as i was worried about my blood Sugar dropping. I also did this with the 2nd lot of epsom (5) It was a stinking hot day yesterday so I had to keep drinking alot of water. (6) I felt weak and dizzy by 7pm - nothing to terrible, but I ended up in bed sleeping mostly from then on. (7) By the time I had to mix up the grapefruit juice and olive oil, I already had dioreah - enough to make me 10 minutes late in taking the solution. (8) Because I was panicking then about time, I forgot to stand up to drink the solution and drank it sitting down. (9) I was fine for about an hour, I lay still though I couldn't sleep despite taking 8 ornithine. but then I had to get up because of the dioreah - I think I did this 3-4 times between 11pm and 6am. I only passed the chaff this morning at around 7am - nothing else significant )-:. (10) I don't feel too bad, but I don't feel great like last time either! I feel like I have a very MILD hang-over, (slight nausea which has gone now and a slight headache.)

I am going to try the flush again in a few weeks, without the careless mistakes! I just wondered if anyone else had problems with dioreah interfearing with the timing and sleep. I was thinking about just doing one dose before the grapefruit/olive oil, and maybe just one after too since there seems to be no point in having it if its just going to pass through and come out the other end as clear as when it went in?
Also, IF for some bizarre reason I don't have any stones left in my liver, would this result be typical of what happens?
