Questions - Shelleycat or anyone else?

quite some time ago you posted couple of messages (my apologies, don't have the time to look for them now) about doing succesfull
Liver-Flush without the
Epsom Salts .
Would you repost what exactly did you do? I am on my second
Master-Cleanse and had my last
Amalgams replaced, so in couple of days I am planning on doing the
Liver-Flush (my fifth).
I did one
Liver-Flush without the
Epsom Salts and it didn't produce anything. My objections to ES is not only it tastes so horrible, but it's too harsh and I don't want it in my body so how do I get around it?
Also do you have any suggestions as to what to do about the terrible indigestion the day after the flush. (No matter how much or how little OO/LJ I drink, the next day I have the most awful feeling of upset and heaviness in my stomach, and generally feel pretty sick, it couldn't possibly be healthy).
Like would it be OK to take some digestive enzymes or bitters after the mixture (my concern is it could decrease the effectiveness of the Olive Oil)
Last question: if one drinks the cup of
OO (Olive-Oil) with the cup of LJ, would it be more effective to drink them all at once (and have it over with) OR to spread it over time, like 1/4 of cup of each every 15 minutes? (and feel pukey, as I usually do)?
