Tightness in chest

For the past 8 months or so I've had tightness in my chest 24/7, along with a formal diagnosis of asthma. I also often have a feeling in my throat of pressure, like someone's choking me. To say the least, it is uncomfortable and disturbing. I feel like I've tried everything: Buteyko, juicing and coffee enemas, a parasite cleanse, liver flush, a course of high-dose oregano oil, coconut oil, all to no avail. I was tested for mycobacteria, thinking that I might benefit from long-term Antibiotics , but tested negative.

My asthma is strange in that my nose is clear (I'm always able to breathe through it), and my asthma is "dry." I never seem to wheeze or cough up mucus.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any thoughts as to cause or how to treat it?

Thanks,
Watashi
