You can get the basic supplies for flushing at almost any store. Walmart for example. Get you some fresh apples, apple juice (bottled does work for flushing), Epsom salt, fresh grapefruit or lemons, a glass or jar with a tight fitting lid and you are good to go. An enema bag is a nice addition, but not absolutely necessary. If you think you might need help sleeping pick up some Melatonin tablets.
For three days prior to flushing, drink lots of juice and eat apples to help soften the stones. Also eat a very low fat diet. A warm water enema every day will help sofen fecal material and clear the bowel, however, this is optional, don't let distaste for enemas keep you from flushing.
On the day you flush follow the Hulda Clark flush. I do mix the Epsom Salt with apple juice instead of water though. You should see results on your first flush, but be prepared to do a series to get your gallbladder and liver cleared.
If you are in a lot of pain, skip the preparation and just try flushing.
A parasite cleanse is not necessary before flushing, but be prepared to do one. Many of us have found parasites in the stones or flushed out with them.
