Re: TUMMY ACHE AFTER LIVER FLUSH
Okay, let me make sure I'm reading you right - you ate a meal that had a little more fat and protein than any meal before it, and this brought on an instant onset of pain, definitely in the stomach, a kind of burning? Is that right? Also, did you notice increased constipation afterwards? And did you happen to notice shape/color of the stool?
If I've got it right, then it's because your poor liver is a bit weak right now after all those flushes, and it's over-reacting. A weak system works TOO hard, because nature would rather have you digest then not digest.
So stop doing flushes for awhile, DO get some colonics/enemas to flush out any remaining bile in your system that may be making its way back to your liver and straining it, also take some P&B shakes for this same reason.
Then go to the health foods store and get: Lecithin, MSM, a complex of B vitamins, and Planetary Formula's Bupluerum Liver Cleanse.
If you can afford it, get Coptis from www.sensiblehealth.com to help increase the flow of bile.
Take all that for a month while eating a low-fat, only healthy oils, no flour-type foods, diet, and then check back in with us and let us know how youre doing. :)
