unless of course I end up going to the movies and pigging out. :) I have a tentative movie date with a girlfriend but I think she's going to flake. She tends to overschedule herself. :)

I actually did not get very many stones with my first two flushes, just chaff, as I cannot take epson salts due to impaired kidney function thanks to a badly abcessed tooth I couldn't afford to fix. BUT I still got SOOO many benefits that they were totally worth it. And I did flushes years ago so maybe I got all the stones then. :)

For this flush I've been taking Gold Coin Grass for about 10 days so we'll see if I at least produce more chaff.
