Re: Wheat is a major problem

My sister is the same way. She is eating an atkinsy type diet, only with more green veggies, but whenever she cheats with wheat she has bad gas. She had gas before she started eating like this, as well. She always says "BOY wheat really does terrible things to me, I have no energy and tons of gas."
