One of the things I notice the most when I am sticking to my Atkins diet is the I don't pass gas at all. As soon as I eat bread or pasta, (I'm a notorious cheater), I get really severe gas and can't be around people.
BTW, I find it very funny that this is a forum. And I love the name suggested by Lapis!

MoreThis is a reply to # 516,836My sister is the same way. She is eating an atkinsy type diet, only with more green veggies, but whenever she cheats with wheat she has bad gas. She had gas before she started eating like this, as well. She always says "BOY wheat really does terrible things to me, I have no energy and tons of gas."

MoreThis is a reply to # 516,840My candida started with gas, when eating Sugar and got worse with gas eating weath. If its your case as well, you might have candida. Then , you should go and visit the Candida Forum , in here.
