Hi 345..
Im hopefull your ozone +magnesium combo will help me to.
I've drank 3 quarts of ozonated water a day for 2 weeks now,
but nothing much happens,apart from the normal bowel movement.
Can you please tell me what kind of magnesium you use,do you just
pop the pill(no grinding up or anything )and do you take the pill
just prior to drinking the ozonated water?
I wonder if Epsom-salt=Magnisium sulfate will work also?
