Hi everyone:

I have always had problems with constipation for most of my life - I suppose never drinking enough water and drinking junk never helped.

Well, since I follow alternative medicine and have been searching for ways to heal myself of other health problems I have done a lot of research, including on Curezone.

I recently bought a "zapper" which is for cleaning your body of parasites, etc.

Also, I have done a lot of reading regarding oxygen therapies of all types. Food grade hydrogen peroxide is something you should ALL look into and OZONE is another MUST in your life.

I recently bought a "water ozonator" - there are many of them on the internet and there is also a forum here will you can get info and support for ozonating your water.

Well, this is a little machine which has a tube which you put into a container of water - you let it run and all the while it ozonates the water, meaning it puts pure oxygen/ozone into the water. Well, I do about 1/2 quart at a time and I let it run for about 20 minutes or so. Sometimes, I just forget it and it runs longer - all the while it is putting ozone into your air and boy, you can smell the wonderful, clean fresh smell, like after a summer shower.

Now, for the constipation part - well, I read a post on the "oxygen therapy" forum from someone who also ozonates his water in about a quart at a time and then drinks it all at once over about a 15 to 20 minute period of time. He mentioned how this, this, eventually, CLEANS HIM OUT TOTALLY - AND HE MENTIONED HE HAD HAD PROBLEMS WITH CONSTIPATION ALSO BUT SINCE DRINKING OZONATED WATER, THIS MAKES HIM HAVE VERY BIG, CLEANSING BOWEL MOVEMENTS.

WELL, THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING TO ME AS WELL - I HAVE ABOUT A quart OF THIS WATER EVERY NIGHT AND IF I DON'T DRINK AT LEAST HALF A QUART OR MORE IT MAY NOT WORK. WELL, TONIGHT I HAVE TO TELL YOU ALL (AND THIS IS SO EMBARASSING BUT I MUST TELL YOU BECAUSE WE ALL LEARN FROM ONE ANOTHER) I HAD THE BIGGEST BOWEL MOVEMENT I HAVE ENVER HAD. NOT ONLY WAS IT SOMETHING LIKE 2.5 TO 3 FEET LONG (IF YOU CAN BELIEVE THIS) BUT IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD GRABBED MATERIAL FROM THE WALLS OF MY COLON - I DON'T KNOW HOW TO JUSTIFY WHY I THINK THIS - I CANNOT FIND THE WORDS TO EXPLAIN BUT, WHEN I LOOKED THAT IT WHAT CAME TO MY MIND IMMEDIATELY.

I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER GO WITHOUT MY OZONATED WATER EVER AGAIN.
