OK, I recommend #1 a Zapper - http://www.zapperplans.com to kill any parasites and #2 some MSM - This may be what you are thinking of to help with the scar tissue. You can get that at http://www.msm-msm.com and you can do a search in google for things about MSM. It should help cleanse the parasites too. Also, it case it's nerves, you may want to get going with some Kombucha -http://www.kombuworld.lm77.com to build up your B vitamins. Salt Water is another thing that might be helpful.

You appendix is located right about where you explained I believe. The MSM is a must!
