Homeopathic Medicine has good remedies like Platina, Thuja, Thlapsi, Apis mel, Colocynth etc. to keep the endometriosis under check. It also can alleviate the symptoms with simple remedies like Mag phos, Viburnum opulus, Xanthoxyllum etc. to relieve you of the pain.
Surgery should be the last option and only if Homeopathic Medicine does not accord much relief.
