Re: Going off the pill and Endometriosis

Thank you for responding, Mrs. Levett!
Yes, the nurse was pretty inconsiderate. She said if I have any further questions, I have to make an appointment. (4 month wait!) I am thinking of switching doctors. 10 years ago, my doctor was great. Now, her practice has gotten so big that she no longer provides the good, individual care that she used to.
I have had no further problems with my endo since the laproscopy, and I consider it one of the best things I've ever had done. Cramps and bleeding are very mild now. :)
I am a blood type O and am following a modified "cave man" diet to avoid feeding the yeast. Meats, eggs, low carb veggies, and nuts. No sugar, starch, fruit, or dairy. I feel good on it and am learning to watch my portion sizes and listen to my body. Also taking rotated anti-fungals.
I will check out the website provided. Thanks again!

Grace
