I have been dealing with neurological problems all of my life. I believe some people should not eat a lot of protein. I am one of them but I still do eat to much protein. When I was single, I almost never ate protein except seafood but now I have a family that eats meat every day(yuck). I try to eat elsewhere sometimes but it is tough to say no. I do balance out protein intake by juicing all kinds of juices and taking apple cider vinegar with cinnamon, and sometimes cayenne when I feel mucous coming on. I also eat lots of fruit. Green tea is also something I drink almost daily. I have a whole laundry list of other things I take such as herbs and vitamins plus essential oils, when my body tells me to but I think they are more health specific than neurologic specific. It is all about balancing one's PH for sure. Eating meats is not good for my bloodtype but I know I am guilty.

Drinking clean water is can also help in the effort. Bottled water is a risk though- Who knows what is in bottled water? I say distill your own and remineralize it like Owen says with a dozen grains of brown rice. Imagine Emotto's tuning fork idea about disease and in this case neurological disfunction- Di-ease or disharmony vibrates at certain frequencies- with tuning forks- if you begin the opposite vibration to another tuning fork the first sound ceases. I believe apple cider vinegar with cinnamon, plus lots of fruits and raw veggies has made a difference in me. I believe it is best to not have protein for me but if I am going to cause that kind of disharmony in my body, the Apple Cider Vinegar and spices really help cancel out those bad vibrations.
