ADHD! WHY! WHAT to do!

Hi Ya'll,
It is about time to address this forum and make some clarifications as to the problem at hand and what to do to solve the problem!

ADHD may be caused by the body becoming too Acidic as most all other Health problems may be all connected to the same problem!

What causes ADHD?

Generally a Diet too High in Proteins is the major cause, along with JUNK foods!!

Why is this so?

Excess Proteins cause the body to become too acidic, by many times Killing off the proper Digestive Flora needed to give proper Digestion of our other foods!!

When our Digestive flora is not working properly, then what you eat does not provide your body with the Electrical Energy needed to operate properly!

This condition of becoming too Acidic , then causes a shortage of Calcium and Magnesium!!

There are "ONLY" two elements which allow the muscles of the body to Relax!!!!!!

The opposite of Relaxing , is HYPER!!

These two elements are "CALCIUM and MAGNESIUM" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are "NO" exceptions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So if the body is allowed to become too Acidic and cause a shortage of Calcium and Magnesium, then you may recive the Penalty which it will surely cause to happen to the body!!

"IF" you really want to help yourself or your family, then you must make a choice to change your Diet and stop eating JUNK foods!!

This includes eating too much Protein and not enough fresh fruits and fresh vegetables!!
