guts/stomach forms brain chemicals...and toxins

Mid-brain chemicals are formed in the guts/Gastro-Intestinal tract or G.I. tract. Look in the Curezone archives for my piece called, "You're Nuts Because of Your Guts." Please research "Leaky Gut Syndrome" and consider not eating GLUTEN FOODS; B.R.O.W.S., BARLEY, RYE, OATS, WHEAT, SPELT; and removing cow's milk containing CASEIN from your diet. These foods, gluten and casein, can cross-link with other proteins forming a foreign protein that causes an auto-immune response, making you self-toxic, self-poisoned.

You must remove Candida from your guts/G.I. tract. Use Caprylic Acid or Undecylenic Acid, available on the Internet. Candida, yeast from Sugar and Antibiotic use, eats holes in the guts.
