day 12 need some advice

regarding the weight loss part of the cleanse,from 4/1/-4/7,I
lost 13lbs. since,i lost 2 lbs.and seem to have stopped.
has anyone had a similar experience? could it be a plateau?
im on day 12,my goal is 21. this is the first time ever.
