Your right the weight loss is a nice side effect =) I lost 35 lbs. I feel that I could do another cleanse and my body would be just fine. I just wanted to double check and make sure that I would be ok. Sounds like I should be then since "I" feel like I can do this. But I read a post somewhere that too many fasts can hurt and I just want to make sure I wouldn't run my body down.
