Re: Master Cleanse and Coffee

You probably already know how bad coffee is so I wont get into that. I got a real bad craving for coffee a few days ago so I brewed a whole entire pot, poured a cup and took a few sips. It really hit the spot and I would do it again if I got the craving.


In my opinion, you will probably loose most of the benefits from the fast if you continue to drink coffee throughout it. I would say start the fast and try to follow it as close as you can. If you absolutly feel you need it then go for it but try to get the maximum enjoyment you can out of the amount that you drink and don't beat yourself up for doing it.
