Rhonda, that is correct...pretty simple and easy. HOwever, you didn't mention any laxative tea. The book says to do the tea and night & morning or a swf in the morning. I only do the tea at night and that has been working fine. If I know that I am homebound on a weekend day, I then do it in the morning also. I find that I am in the bathroom most of the day.
