Can anyone tell me if I am doing this right? I started The Master Cleanse just from information I obtained from the internet. I ordered the book but it still hasn't arrived. I am mixing 10oz. of water with 2 tbsp. of fresh squeezed lemon , 2 tbsp. grade B maple syrup and about 1/10 tsp. cayenne pepper. I am drinking this 8 times a day for 1/2 my body weight. I am also drinking plenty of water throughout the day. This seems too simple. Is this all there is to it? I am on day 2 and until my book arrives I planned to keep doing what I am doing. My goal is 21 days and/or 30 pounds. Is it possible to lose 30 pounds during the entire cleanse or do you work on any remaining pounds afterwards. Any advise would be appreciated!!!
