Yeah, I think there are lots of variations to everything...note all the types and styles of low-carb diets.
Anyway, I plan to start the cleanse tonight, and on advice from shelleycat, will be adjusting it just a bit. I plan on the lemonade in the morning and maybe 1 glass at night, and during the day (at work), I will drink some spicy herbal teas and potassium broth. The broth idea from Shelley was a great idea, as I have had problems in the past with low potassium.
I'm excited and nervous, as this is my first fast/cleanse.
