Re: Do you have to do the SWF?

I am in my second day and I did the swf tonight. 2 big glasses shotgunned. It is awful, no doubht about it, but I tell you what it works. after about an hour it was non stop in the bathroom. Not to get too graphic but it is like someone turned on a garden hose full blast. I also used the laxative tea tonight. Might be overkill but I am still experimenting with this process.
