If you can handle the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) - not everyone can - then YES.

They will really get you cleaned out in a hurry.

I had a hard time with them at first, but now look forward to them because of how clean and fresh I feel afterwards.

Drinking LOTS of water will help you most right now even though you may be running to the restroom alot.
