day five for me. last night i could not sleep a bit because my lower back hurt so much. i have never experinced a pain like this. today, it continued to hurt and i had to take something so i could go to work. i am ok now but i was afraid that i would have to end the fast. other than that, everything is fine, i have no hunger and i actually enjoy the lemonade. i put in extra pepper because i like it so much. i am happy to have this forum. i read it at night so i don't break the fast. thanks
