Hi! I did my first Master-Cleanse in January for 12 days and lost about 14lbs. When I came off it, I developed some appalling eating habits, (butter, chocolate) which I hadn't had before and ate loads! I didn't put the weight back on and would say that my metabolism had definitely sped up as a result of the cleanse.
