Thanks! As for exercise, I just did lighter versions of my regular workouts. I usually lift weights 4x a week and cardio 5x a week. While on the MC, I'd go in every other day or so and do some light lifting (maybe 1/2 or 1/3 my normal, concentrate on reps) and then some light cardio for 20-30 mins.
