I went 12 days my first cleanse and lost 15 lbs, 10 days my second cleanse and lost 10 lbs. I am a 5'10" female, I weighed 225 at the beginning, I now weigh 200. I plan to go on MC's every three months until I stabilize my weight (probably around 150 lbs or thereabouts) and then once a year thereafter.

I hope to lose another 10 lbs on this MC, but I am on day 4 and have not lost anything. However, even if I don't lose any more than a few pounds, for me it is still worth doing because I eat healthier for at least a few weeks after the MC, and I also feel a lot better.

the thing is also that your body stores toxins in fatty tissue.
it is not going to just give it all up fast.
if it did that/ you would be drastically swamped with overload of toxic waste.

the fact is/ you will lose all that old fecal matter built up in your intestines etc/ as the cayenne dissolves it away...
and then some of what is stored.

the more you detox/ the more your body will be responsive to dropping the fatty tissue that has toxins stored in it..

it will come naturally... depending on how you eat etc/ after the. mc/
if you strive to further detox in other ways and to build an alkaline system the faster you will start dropping it almost with out even trying 8)

take the time to consider what changesyou need to make and what other areas can you detox in as normal routines in your life style?
many means are very cheap or even free just lifestyle disciplines.. and yes of course walking and getting fresh air and esp fresh sunshine at least 10 minutes a day (no sunscreen) can make dramatic improvements /
dry skin brushing/ etc.

When I did the cleanse for ten days last year, I went from 120lbs to 109lbs (I am 5'6"). I exercised on some days, not on others. I just did what my body felt like doing. I made sure to take it easy but I didn't deprive myself of exercise when I had the energy to do so.
