A Great Big HUGE Thank You!
Yesterday marked day 25 of my first MC.
I decided yesterday to break the fast because I had gone through just about an entire gallon of syrup since February 9th.
I wanted to save some just incase I needed to take in a drink or two while helping my body adjust.
So this morning I woke up and drank some fresh OJ. It feels strangely good. I plan on following the ER4YT diet once I break the fast properly.
It's been a great experience.
Around the beginning of October I started a bowel cleansing program. I followed that with a
parasite program.
In November I started doing
Liver Flushes as in recent months I've been having problems with my skin and just in general wasn't feeling well. To date I've gotten about 900 stones out - some little, some wonderously large. I also went on Threelac for 30 days in preparation for the MC.
Towards the end of December I broke down and joined a gym (it was a great deal over the holidays) despite the fact that I have a bowflex sitting in the house (collecting dust and dog hair I might add).
Initially I had planned to start the
Master-Cleanse in January. I attempted it once or twice, and apparently my body just wasn't ready. Randomly one night I decided the following Monday I would start. And this time my body agreed with me.
I've been working out on a fairly regular schedule (though mostly cardio). Sometimes work gets in the way, other times it's the hockey game that went late or the sunday night movie. =)
Through all of this, I have managed to drop a little weight. Granted I hadn't really intended to. But the biggest advantage as far as that goes is that my body fat percentage has changed dramatically. I'd always been an athlete but in recent years (due to all sorts of things) I found myself very very out of shape. Since February 1st, my body fat percentage has dropped from 27% down to just under 19%!
My skin problem has all but cleared up, my usually brittle and broken finger nails are growing like wild flowers (though I can't keep them as a massage therapist darn it), I'm sleeping better and have more energy.
It's amazing.
I plan to break this fast quite slowly, with it being my first and having been for such a duration, I want to make sure I do it exactly right. But I'm finding not only do I have the will power to walk right past the fresh brownies my mother just made (she lives next door) but nothing of that sort even crosses my mind.
Hopefully, it will stay that way.
I've spent money on juicers and sprouting seeds and a spirooli and ginger root and paragone and threelac and cayenne and psyllium and
Bentonite and enema kits and countless other things that I would not have spent a dime on prior to coming to CureZone.
And having been here for about 6 months, I can say they're some of the best investments I've ever made.
CureZone has changed my life.
It hasn't taken away my tendency to ramble on any (quite obviously) but it has changed me for the better, and I thank each and every single one of you for it. Those of you here before me, those who contribute posts all the time, those of you who simply lurk (like myself), those who will come and go in the future.
I've gone through all of these cleanses under the eyes of my entire family and a few close friends. Very judgemental eyes. I'm sure they still think I'm a little not right. But I've made it this far, and I plan to keep going. So for those of you unsure, or facing outside pressure, or simply not seeing immediate dramatic results, find your path and go down it. Your body will let you know what is right, what it needs. And when you listen, it will thank you in ways you never imagined.
