i am planning to eat less but about everything,being now vegetarien ( with no cow milk etc... ) is a big huge change! I would have not gain weight if it was not Holiday time ( had chocolate , creme brulee, wine, hot chocolate,,, things that I don't use anymore on a regular basis! and when you start having a little bit of that, you're craving for more food and less move as well!)
Drink flax seeds oil in the morning and eat flax seeds, sip green tea , pau d'arco tea, yerba mate tea, helps me a lot. And go to the gym! I am used to do 30 min cardio + 30 mins weights and stretch 4/week, but didn't want to take my kids to the kids club during all the epidemies... Hard to go later to the gym! Arg!But work out is incredible , It feels like I'm building muscles, strenght, and ... calm!
After a
Master-Cleanse I eat very few, and I don't feel hungry between meals. I feel so clean , I'm very picky, don't want any fat or sugar!
So I figure i should be brave enought to start a
Master-Cleanse as soon as I feel like falling apart! I was going to do it earlier in January but was never good timing. Today on day 4 I already lost 5 pounds.
I feel like I need to go deep into my body possibilities to detox, heal and burn this time, and hope I will find some good support in the forum, it's nice to hear from others experiences
