Re: how are the "Quads" doing at the end of day one?

Hi, today was day 1 of MC1. The day went ok apart from this morning where I've been constantly running to the toilet. I hope tomorrow won't be so bad. I didn't feel very hugry but I did feel like eating something. I have done some other fasts in the past and I always find the first 3 days very hard but then it's ok. I guess my body gets used to it. I try to stay away from the kitchen and keep myself busy because I know that if I sit too long in front of the TV or somehow I start getting bored, my mind thinks about food. So I tried to keep myself occupied. I also think about the good cleaning I'm giving to my system and imagine how if I eat (especially the junky food I like to eat)it will pollute it again.
So to you all, be strong and hang in there!
You are doing a great job, you are getting rid of many potentially harmful toxins that could compromise your health and wellbeing.
This might sound silly to some, but when I'm fasting or I'm on some sort of healthy diet, throughout the day, I repeat to myself how gentle and kind I need to be to myself and how good this fasting is for me. Don't underestimate the power of your mind and remember that you are the master of your mind.

So good luck to everybody and onca again hung in there!!!!
