I liked the idea of using the cayenne tincture and I purchased it today for Master-Cleanse that begins tomorrow but after reading the whole thing with the heat units I’m not sure what to do. The tincture only has 10,000 heat units. How many drops should I use to reach the potency of 40,000 - 100,000 heat units in a 2 quart mixture, cause I was going to use 4 drops? Any advice?
