I don't believe that the future is pre-written at all. Perhaps what you saw was *one* reality that may occur if certain paths are taken.

If the future was pre-ordained and inescapable, the entire concept of freewill would be a moot point. What possible free will could exist if no possible option for an endpoint existed?
