Elly,

You say: It was heart breaking to see this little 6 yr. old all bruised up like that. I kept wondering where her mother was and how she could let her daughter go through this alone.

Is it possible that that is what you are thinking about your own situation? Where was your mother when your arm was being needled? Perhaps this is something you have to let go of - and forgive your mother. Maybe this is at the bottom of moving forward?

If there is some resentment toward your own mother....really feel the feeling that you have towards her. Then ask yourself "Could I let go of this feeling?" Would I let go of this feeling? When?...that sort of thing...

Just a thought.
