First of all can I give you a hug and try and reassure you that MS is certantly not a death sentence ok? I have had it since 1989 or maybe earlier and I now lead a very normal life. I still work and my employer and co-workers don't even know that I have it. Granted my good health over the years has got to be attributed to all the very vigorous exercise that I did for 10 plus years but now I truly believe that the LDN is taking over in that department. It is Naltrexone, an FDA approved drug for more then 20 years now at a higher dose. Dr. Bihari started experimenting with a low dose of it about 15 years ago. His theory was that a low dose would cause the body to create endorphins which in turn regulate the immune system back to one that works properly.
