My name is Eric and I have MS too, I am on Avonex once a week. I also take a couple of herbal supplements which have helped me a lot. I have had a few episodes before the herbal supplements but have not had one since (3 years). My doctor told me that the herbs would not hurt anything or interfere with my meds. The Herbs are Primrose Oil soft gels by Jarrow Formulas and Myelin Sheath Support by Planetary Formulas. I am not a salesman just a person with MS who has been helped using the herbs. I get them from a Store in Temecula CA called Herbs and More but I’m sure you can get them from any good Herbal store. Oh did I say, "I can’t wait till I can take my meds by pill and not shot."
