You were on my mind a couple of days ago because I was reading some mayan stuff to my friend and it suggested she go on a 'shamanic' journey. I immediately thought of you - as I don't know much about shamanic journey's. Hmmmmm.

I LOVE that frog information - it totally resonates...I love the trans-dimensional aspect of the frog and the fact that it can jump easily between it's 'warrior', 'responsible adult' and 'divine child' !! Ooooh. You must tell me. Are there only 3 shields? Or did you just pick those 3 out of many. (this is an important question! as the one's you picked are amazing for me!)
