Re: Raw Flax seed is poisonous!

Hi,
it is obvious that flax seeds have to be fresh and kept in the freezer at home. The best is to buy them in plastic bag with sucked out air. It doesn't make sense to buy flax meal. Seeds are to fragle to keep on the shelf as a meal.
Flax seed oil has to be consumed in short time - don't buy bigger bottle.
