I wouldn't worry too much about the cyanide compounds in it. The same compounds are found in other things we eat. Apricot and apple seeds are two. Who does the research and where their money is invested will determine their results....unless they are honest. There is such a greed for money as you know I am sure. I eat both apple and apricot seeds for vitamin B17, also known as Laetrile. This is supposed to be the missing link with cancer. As far as I understand it, the cyanide compounds bind to and attack dead or diseased cells and do not harm healthy cells. I've attached a link for you to look at if you'd like more info.
