Wow, tough vow! :)

You're not eating AnY grains?!? Some of the alternative grains are actually great. Quinoa, especially, is full of B vitamins and iron, and it isn't tough on the liver. It's mostly just flour and wheat that is tough on the system. I do fine on whole oats and brown rice cereal too.

MSM is a very absorbable and usable kind of sulphur. Eggs are great, but don't eat too many at once or more than 2-3 times a week. They can cause mucous.

All B vitamins are great for the liver, best to take all of them rather than focus on one. They work synergestically together many times.

The city definitely takes its toll. Nature is not as well-equipped any more to help us be healthy. Sigh. Best of luck on your move to the mountains! :)
