You can begin Liver Flushing at any time. Unless it is obvious you have a massive parasite infection, you can Liver Flush before the parasite cleanse. The reason I mention this is because your clean-up program is going to dump a lot of toxins in your body. Those toxins will go through the liver. The cleaner and less congested the liver is, the better it will be able to process the released toxins and clean your blood.
