I sometimes use Udo's Choice Oil. I switch it up with Barlean's Flax Oil when I want a little something different. I haven't mixed the oil with anything in particular in a while. I mainly take it straight or in some juices or on my salads. My salads usually have garlic/onions and sometimes a soy protein product like soy cheese or cut up tofu, but decreasingly so.
So what are you teaching? I am a school nurse - I love the days off. I was in an inner city high school most of the day last year and visited an elementary school to help a little fellow with his diabetes everyday as well.
