I was just reading your message about how the departed would let you know if you looked for a sign.

7 years ago my mother passed away and the evening of her funeral I was sitting in her apartment talking to her best friend on the telephone. I sat there, cross legged, balancing the remote control in my hand and telling her friend that I just wished I could feel her around. As I said this, the television just went off, I hadnt done anything with the control and no lights or anything flickered, just the television. I wonder if it was her? It would be ironic if it were because the television was her main form of entertainment when she was sick. Its happened again on another occasion but I was in a country with dodgy electricity so i chalked it up to that, although that time again only the television went off. I prefer to think its her and I had a man in burma where I used to live tell me I had a strong guardian angel around me. What do you think? I dont tell too many people this, they usually think im mad!
