Re: why we wake up at night.

Sometimes I find myself wide awake around 3:45 am just spontaneous like with no signs of ever been sleep. It is scary and has happened twice this week, it feels like I have been in a trance and then I am wide awake. I rarely have any feelings except occasionally a person is strong on my mind so I pray for them. It is hard for me to do anything even though clear headed
because I am so worried about getting enough sleep and a lot of times I am just going to bed an hour or so before that time.
