why we wake up at night.

There are many reasons why we wake up at night.
And usually between 2am to 4am or there abouts. One of the reasons is because our guides and also spirits communicate to us during these times. It's like a portal that opens, and they come in. Most guides will teach us in our sleep, that is part of the Ascension. But, if they have something important to say, or for those who do mediumship, they come in at that time because it is the best time for clear communication.

Have ever ever pondered a problem right before you go to sleep, and then woke up at 2 or 3 in the morning with that answer? Like it was screamed at you and you bolted out of bed? This is our guides helping us then. I had it happen back in March, I was pondering a problem in regards to my Spiritual Ministry website before I went to bed. 3am, bam! It hit me so hard, that I litterally flew out of bed. Scared the heck out of me! lol
Then when I got online to work on my website with the answer from my guides, my friend in Australia asked why I was online so early.
I told her guides screamed at me with my answer and now I am working. lol She just smiled and let me be. lol

I hope that this explains some of the mystery of being awake in the early morning.
