im feeling the exact same, all the things u said about leaving people behind and your father thinking your lazy so so spooky, i came on here to try the liver flush and now im even more confused, too much information which seems very conflicting, like dont liver flush before you bowel flush etc etc, i would just love to know the whole start to finish process to a good cleanse clean, and the duration for doing it
