Ok old post but I had to respond. The title alone would keep me away from that product. If it's really spelled like that, complete turn off.
The second would be False Advertising. "World's Best" << Highly Unlikely

Try Oxypowder for a Colon Cleanse. A lot of people have problems with "fiber" where they get more bloated and it doesn't work right for them. Oxypowder is the complete opposite. Even Andreas recommends Oxypowder.
