severe bloating from internal cleanse..HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in need a advice...I have been on a parasite cleanse that began on May 23rd....30 day cleanse...called "The World's best internal klenz."
In the past 5 days since upping the amount of pills and powder I have become extremely, I mean EXTREMELY bloated..I can pass for being 4 months, 5 months pregnant. I am so incredibly miserable that I've discontinued the program. This is making my life so uncomfortable.....I have about 1 - 2 (depending on the day) bowel movements.......I gave myself an enema last night and nothing...everything is in my stomach......I called the company's 800# and they told me to up my water, decrease my powder and up the cleansing tea...I'm so miserable that I've discontinued and only uped the tea...AND I AM DRINKING A TON OF WATER!!!!!!!!! If something doesn't happen I may need to go see a Dr., and I really don't want to do that..........they told me (from the company) that the powder (internal sweep which is a lot of herbs and fiber) is very potent and expands in your intenstines as it's trying to sweep away everything........I can't take how uncomfortable I am..I can barely button my pants..I need to get this stuff passed, and I need help....I am so discouraged I'm ready to forget cleansing all together.
